Postage and Handling Charges:
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any postage and handling fee regarding returned or exchanged items with an added 20% restocking fee. All postage and handling charges are stated for single item purchases only. Multiple items may require new postage and handling calculations. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.

 

Some items may require additional postage and handling charges.

 

Additional postage and handling charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number and an email address with your order. Orders placed outside Australia will require additional postage and handling charges not reflected above and prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country.
 

 

Service – Delivery:

 

Postage will be via Australia Post and postage charges are automatically calculated and added to your order. If there are any delays or problems the service department will contact you via phone or email. Parts of your order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. If we do not have an item you may have ordered we will email you and offer you the choice of another or a refund.
 

 

Return/Exchange Policy:
Should you experience a problem with any of our products, simply email michael@fingergrip.com.au and we will email you a return/exchange form and you will need to describe the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

It is recommended that you send all returns back insured and postage paid. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the postage and handling charges.

No credit or refunds for any product more than 30 days after purchase. No credit or refunds for forwarding postage and handling charges, and absolutely NO returns or exchanges on custom work.  

Returns resulting from an internal mistake in processing by Finger Grip Australia may be eligible for a pre-paid return label in which case you will not be responsible for any postage and handling charges.

Returns must be received by Finger Grip Australia within 30 days of date of delivery. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Finger Grip Australia will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products. Save your invoice. Absolutely no return can be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Products being returned are to be secured in the original package and a copy of the original packing list and the return/exchange form is to be enclosed with the returned product. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.

When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the postage and handling charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the items) and or restocking fee if it applies to your order. If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for postage and handling costs. For your protection, we suggest you return your items via insured Parcel Post. All return postage and handling charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
